Turtlebaeche is an independent online store. We do not offer 24/7 support or lifetime support.

For change-of-mind and most delivery issues, use the Return and Refund Policy: 30 days from delivery, prepaid U.S. return label, refund within 3 business days after inspection.

If a product has a non-artificial functional defect during normal use, email support@turtlebaeche.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos or video. We may replace or refund the item after inspection. This does not cover damage from drops, liquid, burning, unauthorized modification, or unofficial accessories.

Wait for our instructions before sending anything back. Do not ship without a prepaid label we issue.
