We sell 100% authentic products as described on this website. If you believe an item you received is not authentic, email support@turtlebaeche.com with your order number and photos. After we inspect the item, we will replace it or refund you in line with our Return and Refund Policy.

Orders

An order is an offer to buy. We may refuse or cancel an order for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock issues. Unshipped orders may be canceled by email at no charge. After shipment, use our Return and Refund Policy.
