These sale terms apply to purchases on turtlebaeche.com, an independent online store.

Shipping, processing, and delivery estimates are in the Shipping Policy.

Returns, refunds, and cancellations are in the Return and Refund Policy.

For a functional defect after delivery, email support@turtlebaeche.com with your order number and photos. After inspection we may replace the item or refund you. Wear, drops, liquid, and unauthorized modification are not covered.
